The interview process was not a productive use of my time. From the outset, the experience raised concerns about whether this company was the right fit for me. After the first interview, I was asked to do a test and download my results and send it to them. It was a 30-minute test, which seemed excessive. The second interview was even more disappointing, lasting two hours and consisting of an overwhelming number of questions. The tone of the interaction felt more like an interrogation than a constructive discussion. Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations for a mutually beneficial conversation. It felt like they were trying to gain marketing tips for their next marketing campaign. I would suggest the company reconsider how it values candidates' time in future processes.
