1 video-call interview with two people from the team.
After that they informed me that I was rejected via email because I wasn't a good fit. I asked them for a more specific information about that decision, however, they ghosted me.
Their motto is "recruitment, re-humanized", after my experience with them I think they are failing deeply.

It was very long, did a total of 5 interviews and 1 test. The whole process they kept mentioning how positive the interviews were.
By the last interview was told it was just a formality before the job offer was sent. They then ghosted me for about two weeks waiting for a reply on the offer.
When they reached out they asked for references as the last formality before the job offer was given and ghosted me for another week.
The references were never contacted and they told me after a very long wait that I don't have the relevant experience for the role. This was a bit of a shock because this is something that an employer spots at the start of the process, not at the very last stage.
Considering they are a recruitment company for developers, I found it very unprofessional and bad practice on their part, this should be their bread and butter but seems like it was done without any thought whatsoever.
