Got an invitation to a phone screening via email. Participated in a 30 minute introductory call with a recruiter. The recruiter determined I was not a good fit for the role.

Email correspondence to schedule Zoom calls - initially with recruiter/HR, and then the next day another interview with a supervisor which was less defined and more conversational in nature.
The ability to get links to schedule mutually-beneficial interview times is really great functionality.
Both interviewers were really friendly, talkative and open.
