I applied on their website. Two days later a recruiter emailed me to setup a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager. The interviewer was very pleasant. It focused both on technical questions and teamwork questions. I was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours on their decision. It actually took over a week, but they did get back to me and explained that it wasn't the exact match they were looking for at the moment. This was only the first step in a four step process that they lay out on their blog. Also according to their blog, they only hire 1 out of every 200 applicants. That makes me feel better, but they seem like a great company and I really wanted to get hired there.
