I had a phone interview where i was asked general questions about my thoughts about working there and why i decided to apply for the job. It was freely flowing and not difficult to get by. I had already been offered and decided on a job beforehand, because i only got a call about 3-4 weeks after the end of the applying process, which is not ideal if one is looking to apply for different jobs.

Overall the experience was good, however long time passed between the application and interview. I got the call only about 3 weeks after applying and then silence for about another 3 weeks and i took another offer. The first round was a phhone interview that lasted about 5-10 minutes.
