You take a quiz and then the store manager asks you questions and gradesyou on the quiz. If you pass that then the district ma'snger will meet with you fir more questions.

It was really easy , first got interviewed with store manager and he asked simple customer service questions , like why do you want to work here , what is customer service

Met outside and sat at a table with the hiring manager discussing my previous jobs and the experience that I gained with those before moving on to how I thought those skills would translate to my position with their company.

Entrevista
Management will call offering you an interview, be on time, maybe 5 minutes early. They have busy schedules so being any earlier may be a little awkward for you both! Make sure your hygiene is on point and wear clean, fitting clothes. Smile and show your ability to connect and be friendly with others, but also practice reserve and know when to speak and not to speak. It's a good environment for laughing and being casual with others while working, but they want to know that you* know how to reel it in and focus.
The interviewer will ask questions based on availability, experience, etc. Just be straight forward and respectful. Don't say you're available for anything unless you truly are, because you may end up on night shift some nights!
