Received a call regarding my resume amd a few general questions were asked. An interview was set up. My interview had 4 people within the department. Good and poignant questions were asked in a relaxed setting. The team seemed great and I was very interested. I reveived a call about the job sox days later. However offer was well below market average and would result in a pay cut for me so I had to pass on the job which is unfortunate.
