Documents Regarding Last Company Performance ; Resume and Sallary Slip and Achievements && Experiencete; Direct Reporting Manager Takes first Interview Refer to Higher Manager He May Via Audio or Video Call Takes Interview; Then Local HR will take Final Interview and Offer You Least Sallary If You Want To Take Responsibilities then Only Take This Job Because Pay Is Not As Good As You are Expecting as Young Employee These Things Will be Informed Becaus at hiring and offerings They only consider Years for Better Pay Otherwise; Yearly Loyalty & Performance Special Appreciation Increment is almost common for Above Avg; Avg and Below Avg. Income of Incentive is Least and Too many Criterias .
The Overall Process is good and standardize. The Interview process involves multiple rounds and online exam. The online exam based on therapy and basic understanding and Psychometric test is there. After successful attempt there are multiple hierarchy interview schedule.

Interview process was good, as it was a walk-In interview it was well-managed. Overall it was great. Everyone in the company was well dressed and decent. I can say it was a great experience.
