Beyond frustrating and discouraging.
The interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. I ended up doing 4 separate interviews over the span of 2 months. Between interviews I heard nothing for weeks on end. This last interview I was told I should get a offer decision within 3-5 days and it ended up being over 2 weeks, just to get a 15 second call saying that I am not being offered a position.

What are you looking to get from working at Cintas.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
