5 Step process, and important to educate yourself on the company. They are passionate about Cintas and it's important to show that your passionate in the interview process. Make sure to know the steps of the trainee program and ask questions regarding it.

What is one word of advice that you had that someone told you need to be better at?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
