I had 4 interviews. A Phone interview, an interview with HR, an interview with the reporting manager, and then with the Senior Manager.
All canned questions, and relatively easy. They take you a tour of the department and let you shadow someone for about 30 minutes. That's usually the indicator that you'll be getting an offer soon.

Very laid back. Lots of situational questions. I met with 3 different managers. They asked about my experience and what I did at previous roles. Did a lot of what if questions. Talked about Cintas corporate culture.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by the Sales Manager by phone. The interview was conducted at Cintas and lasted approximately 1 hour. Questions were mostly about education, experience, etc. The whole process was very casual and made me want to work at Cintas.
