Introduction and greetings were conversational and relaxed. I felt welcomed and comfortable. The interview structure was much more formal and included a lot of STAR based questions. The interview process is lengthy but they are looking for people who fit with their culture. The people at Cintas have been great throughout the process.

Please describe a time when you had to use negotiation skills. What was the outcome?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
