They were super nice, just be ready to answer a lot of STAR and behavioral questions from past workplace experiences. I did not finish the interview process because they did a great job of talking me out of the management trainee program, constantly telling me it’s not a great job at all. Eventually I had no enthusiasm left for the role so it bled out in my interview and i tried ending it early. I appreciate the honestly on the employer’s part for not sucking me into something I would not have liked.

What do you know about Cintas? (This was asked constantly)
A ton of behavior questions to see if you handle high pressure situations well, as well as working well with others.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
