Applied online. Had one phone interview with the human resources manager, one face to face interview with HR manager, and one face to face interview with plant manager. The entire process was fairly quick, had the 3 interviews over a 2 week span. No really difficult questions. Never received an offer.

Was basically repetitive asking questions to the tune of have you ever had challenges with (meeting customers expectations, disregarding management's advice, providing solutions outside of your scope of offerings, etc). Having over 10 years sales experience and 3 years management experience I have experienced every single sales scenario they threw at me and I answered citing specific opportunities from my past.

The interview process was lengthy and involved multiple steps, but there was little communication between each stage. Long gaps of silence made it unclear where I stood in the process or what to expect next, leading to uncertainty and frustration.

This on site interview provided a very thorough look in to the day-to-day responsibilities of the General Manager. All of the partners were very friendly and the company presents unlimited potential to promote.

Entrevista
The interview process is very in depth and selective. I am currently on my 5th total interview and still going. The interviews are fairly straight forward and follow the STAR method. Be prepared for a lot of these questions and have plenty on past experiences ready to pull from.
