First step is a short meet and greet. 2nd step is the actual interview process, which is done with one of the 5 major recruiters. If you pass the 2nd step, you will be referred to a meeting with the General Managers.

Not the hardest interview, would recommend doing some research on the company prior. Have a list of accomplishments and goals with you, the interview can be short or long depending on the manager/HR rep.
process was long and not worth it. I would recommend taking a different career route. Lots of hours work and very early mornings to late nights. They mentioned working for more than 12 hours on some days
