Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 8 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Cintas (Charlotte, NC) en abr 2012
Entrevista
The interview process is very long and drawn out. I went through four different rounds over the course of 6-8 weeks.
The first round was pretty straight forward, just a phone interview with the local HR manager. I felt that part was pretty easy.
I did a personality test online and was called back a few days later to come in for an in person interview
I did a 3 part interview with different managers in the facility. Some of the questions were a little difficult, but if you remain confident and think quick on your feet you will be fine. It was challenging but a great experience. I definitely learned a lot that I can take with me into future interviews.
I felt like I aced the first two so I was feeling good about being called in for a 3rd interview. I had to travel about 90 minutes to interview at another plant with the regional sales manager and the regional HR manager. It was the classic episode of good cop, bad cop. The HR manager was pleasant but I was verbally attacked and borderline verbally abused by the regional sales manager. I was asked extremely detailed questions about projects and positions I had held over a year back. I did my best to answer the questions, but they were trying to catch me in lies and trip me up. Be prepared for anything in this round. They want to see how you act under pressure. I would advise you to bring any documentation to referred back in this interview stage. You may need to refer to it. Know your resume very well!
Surprisingly I got a call back for a fourth and final interview with the regional VP. It was over 2 weeks before I heard back so I'm guessing they had someone else as their top candidate and that person either bombed the final interview or chose to go elsewhere.
The fourth interview went really well. The regional VP was a really nice guy and seemed to really be interested in what I had to say. I enjoyed our conversation. I did well and I was extended an offer 2 days later over the phone.

In your previous sales positions, what was your closing rate?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
