Entrevista
I was interviewed on five separate occasions. The first interview was with the manager over the department of which I was applying. After meeting with the manager, I was interviewed by the manager of the first interviewer. The third interview was called a "ride-along", in which I sat in on an entire shift of the applied position. Following the ride-along, I was then interviewed again concerning the shift and my interest in the position. The fifth interview was with the human resources manager.

Why do want you want to work for Cintas? What are some stressful situations in past jobs and how were they handled? Were you ever met with unexpected problems in previous jobs and how were they solved? Have you ever had to assist fellow workers in finishing their jobs?

It took incredibly long. At least 4 months to get hired. Absolutely ridiculous, when they were hurting for employees, due to high turnover. I found the interview process to be stressful, lengthy and frustrating.

They asked STAR questions. Amongst a ton of other questions.
Ride alongs and multiple interviews. More time consuming than you'd expect, but worth the effort as it results in dedicated, competent staffing. They'll make sure you're a fit for the job, which isn't for everyone due to the physical, high energy and thorough nature of the day to day activities.
