There were two phone interviews, mainly behavioral, and then an in-person interview that consisted of 3 interviews with various plant managers and supervisors.
The company seemed really great. All the people who work there really care for each other and want to see each employee grow. They are problem solvers and are always looking to make every part of the supply-chain process as efficient as possible. Great people.

Pregunta 1
Describe a time where you were blamed for something that was not your fault. How did you handle it?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
