Entrevista
I applied online and received a call a few hours later and did a phone interview then went in the next day for the face to face. After that i was put on a ride along and loved the whole thing and when arrived back at the shop i did a small informal interview with another supervisor. They all really liked me and i am in the next steps of becoming an employee. I was called today and told within the next few days i will come in and he will give me an offer.

Entrevista
Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Describe a situation where you had an irate customer, how did you resolve that issue?
Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts

Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
