Phone Interview with HR that was a screening process. Job description was rather vague and wanted to ask more details but HR asked what I wanted for a job. I could feel that the interview didn't go well. It was pretty much one-sided interview without explaining about job position first. Rather than what the job requires, HR forced me to guess.
