I had a great experience interviewing with Cicero. The first round consists of behavioral questions to be filmed on HireView. The second round is a 30-45 minute case and 30 minutes of behavioral questions.
It was a video interview, where they ask about your experiences, resume deep dive and a market sizing question. Then they ask if you think you could do better in the market sizing question, so it’ll give you a chance to say where you would have improved your response.

First round is a 5 question one way Hire view. It has some normal behavioral, and a market sizing question. You have about a minute to think for most questions, and two minutes to answer.
