Met with HR manager and Junior Trader where I was asked multiple introductory questions.
Then, HR manager took me to meet with Senior Trader and continued asking more questions and my trading background.

Excellent interview experience, everyone is patient and willing to listen to you. You can ask whatever questions you want to ask, I do learn a lot from the conversations. Usually 3 rounds of interview, and the difficulty increases.
