First its a Typing test then a Written assessment then an Interview with HR and program senior staff. An offer is usually made a week or two after interviews. Interview questions are behavioral question's, describe how you handled certain situations in past roles etc. It's a fairly easy Interview.

Behavioral Based Interview, which are based on STAR method as long as one is well prepared. The interviewers are either 2 or 3 depending on the level or position. There is also also a typing speed test.
