Several phone interviews. A skills test. Followed by an on site cultural fit interview. The skill test was pretty easy and involved both front end design, backend php, and mysql. The on site cultural fit required meeting with several small groups of people.

First interview was a phone interview. Basic questions on resume, pay, what the position is like, etc. Second interview was a Google Hangouts interview with a team. Then a web based assessment to review specifics on the position.
