Over the phone interview with supervisor and upper management. Employer asked basic questions of experience, a long with set up questions that required describing scenarios where you dealt with problems and how you solved them. Example: describe a time where you experienced a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation and what was the outcome ? Only one person asked and interacted in questions. Upper management did not participate but did thank for application and interview.

After sending in my application and resume, I received a call for an interview for the following week. There were only two people in the room, and they made me feel very comfortable. After I was done, they asked me to fill out a paper application and then offered me the job on the same day as my interview. I started the very next week.
