The one who interviewed me was the team leader in both the FOH and BOH. They ask things about my background and things to ensure that I fit the job. If I'm willing to work on shifting schedule and how will I handle problems both with co-workers and the customers.

at first of course she reviewed my resume and ask something about it and also some in my personal background. She ask me, why I didn't apply other jobs that related to my field which is IT and my answer is I did but some of them need a professional IT that has a 6months to 1 year experience.
