Honest one of the worst interviews I’ve ever attended. You could tell that there wasn’t an actual HR inclined person on the team conducting the interview. Interview time was slated for 12:30pm but didn’t start until almost 3;00pm and there was no acknowledgement or apology of the time wasted. The second stage after the test assessment stage was the interview (get to know you stage). We were in a group of 9 and we were asked to write our name, salary expectations and some other details on a paper which I found interesting but also we were given a math test immediately after for 5 minutes to do which was to test if we were the ones that actually wrote the assessments ourselves even though that was a proctored exam. If you didn’t meet the cut of of 4/6 you will be asked to excuse them.
