Entrevista
The interview process started with a brief phone interview with one of the hiring managers and then a second phone interview with the specific customer service manager. Questions ranged from general experience to specific situations dealing with customers/clients and how I solved them. The final interview was in person at their Kansas City office and consisted of 3 separate 30 minute interviews with two people. They consisted of customer service team members, to members of the HR team. The three interviews were back to back, but the questions were pretty straight forward.

What was one time that you didn't get along with a coworker and how did you solve the situation?
I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

Entrevista
Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
