ChowNow has a very seamless and organized interview process - there were four steps in total: Phone screen with HR, phone interview with design team lead, at home design task, and an in-person interview with various managers including design team lead I'd be working with. The entire interview process had a very quick turn around and I appreciated the transparency everyone had about the company and the position I was applying to. The in-person interview was about 2 hours long - however, HR is great at informing applicants on what to expect and how to prepare for the interview - they send an itinerary and points to prepare for. Questions during the in-person interview revolved around my design experience, soft skills, working with a team, and innovation. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and personable, which created a comfortable atmosphere. Within two days, I got a call from Candice, director of HR, offering me the position! Overall, I had a great interview experience!
