The interview consisted of a bunch of brain teasers designed to test not only your basic intelligence, but also how you perform under pressure. During the group interview portion, an employee answered his cell phone to test your poise. The interview consisted of a 2-part interview. Despite the rigor, it was an overall pleasant experience. Everyone at the firm was extremely nice. Even though they were trying to trip you up, it wasn't antagonistic, it was very conversational and laid back.
