I had a recruiter reach out to schedule a 15 minute call. The day of the call, she was 10 minutes late. We ran through the basics and I was told to send my resume and she would get back to me. 3 weeks pass with 3 follow up emails until I sent my “final effort” email. My resume was pushed to the manager and I got a 30 min call on the calendar with her. No complaints about that conversation but same day EOD I get a call with an instant offer and I was told I can follow up next day with a decision. I emailed and asked if compensation is negotiable and I never heard back again.
