You have to be an SL or be highly qualified assistant manager to get hired. If you really suck up to the DM then for sure you got it. Don’t have to be good

It was easy, good, normal questions, I think was very easy and simple, and nice. So all good, I dont know what else I have to say but was good, the food was good.

My experience was a long (about an hour) sit-down interview with a tour of the store and overview of daily job requirements. I also was given the opportunity to meet and sit down with other managers to gain insight on their experience.
