Basic interview questions but with questions like “if you were an animal what kind would you be and why” and “what’s your dream vacation spot.” They clearly have a script to follow and try to make it seem like everyone who interviews will get the jobs when they usually aren’t actually hiring.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
