It was okay the guy was cool but it was obvious I wasn't getting the job. He made me wait about 15 minutes or more but that's the norm from what I can tell with all the places I've applied for, get there early you wait, get there late bad impression. Anyways the interviewer asked me questions, one was about previous experience and when I said I had zero it was like the whole tone shifted to pretty much "This guy is not getting hired", he said he doesn't tell anyone during the interview if they get hired and I should check the AI chatbot on their website. I got a glance on some paper he was reading questions off of and it said hired from another person who was interviewed earlier, he even circled it. Sometimes I wish these places would be honest right away and stop wasting my time because there's no point in sugar coating anything to me.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
