Después de superar la primera etapa, tuve una segunda entrevista con el gerente de la tienda. Aquí, las preguntas se volvieron más detalladas, explorando en profundidad mis habilidades y experiencias previas. También me hicieron preguntas de comportamiento para entender cómo enfrentaría desafíos específicos.
El gerente destacó la importancia de los valores fundamentales de Chipotle, como la integridad y el respeto. Al final de la entrevista, se me informó que debería completar un breve período de entrenamiento y algunas pruebas de habilidades prácticas relacionadas con el puesto.

Interview process was smooth and easy, questions about past experiences, career goals, etc. THought it was a good interview for me and the people were very kind and nice. Would recommentd to anyone who loves eating a chipotle.
There wasn’t multiple rounds, easy questions and less than 30 minutes before I was done. No test of cooking skills live. Was at the chipotle. Employees I met all seemed nice.
