It was quite hard to be very honest. I had to sit through 3 interviews and each time the questions were the same. I was shocked to even make it through each step. Overall the interviews were quite short and by the third one I knew I was hired and I took a tour of the store and met the crew.
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
Was very casual, applied online, called to schedule an interview time, interview occurred, questions were very basic and normal regarding fast food and customer experience. very easy normal fine very easy
