Apply for the position. Human Resources view your resume and figure out if you are eligible or not. The next phase would be a telephonic interview, wherein the recruiter gages whether or not you are fit for the role. If everything goes well, you are later called in for a one-to-one interview, wherein you would be asked a few questions about yourself and your experience.

Entrevista
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
