Have to credit Chipotle for their diligence. Received over 600 resumes for the position, and they went through all of them. First phone interview round I think they spoke with 50, next round they got it down to 12. Ended up with two going to CO for in person interviews. Very informative the whole way. Hiring manager said he would call with updates, and he did.
