Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle (Daytona Beach, FL) en may 2015
Entrevista
I submitted an online application and eight days later I received a phone call asking me to come in at 8:00am the next morning for an interview. When I arrived there were about forty other people waiting. Promptly at 8:00 three managers came out, introduced themselves and had each of us introduce ourselves and say a fun fact. Most people said a reason that they were interested in a career with Chipotle.
Then, in a seemingly random order, they called people outside to interview while the rest of us waited inside. They seemed to have a system where you spent time with each of the three interviewers. This meant that each one took a very long time. I waited exactly three hours, until 11:00am before it was finally my turn to be interviewed. I was asked four questions and then had the opportunity to ask the interviewer a question. Because they had taken so long I was only interviewed by one person.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
