I applied at chipotle and received an interview email a couple of weeks later. I showed up and we did a group interview. The interviewer after that would usually call back the the people that they liked or seemed like the most engaged. It would pay to do your research on the company before going to the interview to stand out a little more.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
