Group interview. 2 managers. 2 interviews. 1st interview is hard do lots of research about the company and about food integrity. You have to do your best to stand out be the first one to speak all the time in the interview ! When you introduce yourself give all details about you and your experience because this may determine if you make it to the next interview

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
