Gave me a good tour of the restaurant and all of the functions of each area of the restaurant, as well as an overview of the type of place Chipotle was in terms of culture building and workplace mentality. They have a checklist of the 13 chipotle characteristics that you have to meet and I believe that if you don't meet all 13 of them, you don't get the second interview, because she basically showed me that I had only met 10 of the 13.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
