Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle en ago 2013
Entrevista
I submitted an application online. I was contacted by a manager, and set up a time for an interview. I arrived early, and ended up waiting 5 minutes or more past my determined interview time because the general manager was busy. I was asked questions like, "What are my weaknesses/strengths?" "How am I with time management" "How do I handle pressure and doing multiple tasks at one time" "Why do I want to work for Chipotle" What did I learn from my past jobs" I felt the manager was just making up some of the questions as the interview went on, and that there wasn't a standard list that needed to be asked. I got a call back three days or so later with a job offer.

I didn't find the questions difficult at all. Just go over general interview questions before the interview and you should be fine

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
