The job description was very different than the job described in the interview and no one on the panel had expertise on the subject matter of the job being interviewed for.

The interview was cancelled at the last minute when I was already logged in and had to be rescheduled for a few days after which shows disorganization. Once I did have the interview, it felt like a battle ground, with very little time to answer questions and alot of unstructured questions thrown out every 2 minutes that are aimed at throwing someone off kilter-very odd for a technical skills interview. I think there is massive room for improvement on their part and better consideration for candidates
