Very short. I spoke to the director, met some of the children. Sat in one of the classes and went over policies and procedures. She asked for my credentials. The place was clean and the teachers were nice
The interview process is very easy. You are basically asked questions related to the job and they either offer you the job or not. If you are hired then they will offer you the job.
