The interview process was detailed, straightforward, and friendly. Exactly opposite of the actual working environment, except for the detailed part. After the qualification and work history questions, where, what kind of work, etc. we spent a large part of the interview talking about how I might handle people with difficult demand or personalities. That was a red flag and a clue of what the job would be like. We went on and on about this to the point that we were joking about it.
