After an initial phone screening that including basic questions about my past experience, the interviewer explained more specifics about the position, the company structure, and the type of support they need. I was brought in for 1 on 1 interviews with various members of their staff and met there support staff that are in similar positions. After the interviews, it seemed like the most difficult part of the position is working with the varying personalities at the company and being flexible with odd requests rather than the actual tasks that needed to be performed. I could tell they are looking for a specific type of person that would be a good fit. However, the actual questions were rather basic, and they seem to have to explain a lot about the company.(Almost apologetically.) This is an interesting company but an intimidating environment.
