Three rounds of interviews. First round is a screen by the hiring manager followed by a meeting with some traders on the desk and finally an on-site. The process was fairly standard and the questions asked focused heavily on strategy and how you’d deal with trading decisions rather than math and stats.

Multiple technical interviews and behavioral interviews done within the same day. Met with a lot of different team members and was able to ask team related questions that helped in creating an informative interview process
