The phone screen was simple. Asked about experience and salary requirements. The second round was SQL. Know the basics of joins, pivoting the table and CTE's. The interviewer was not intimidating. Thought the next round more inquisitive. Make sure for every STAR method answer you have to convince the result of the action taken for the task.
