I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I was scheduled for a interview with the owner. There were multiple candidates within the waiting room, waiting for their turn to be interviewed. My turn took around 15 minutes. I was then told they'd get back to me in a day or two.

I was interviewed in their home (their office was in an addition on their home to begin with) and I spoke with them about the job and they liked the fact that I asked questions and my enthusiasm. At the time they were in dire need of a person to hire.
